  • Interaction & Usage Data: We automatically log information about how you use Vespera. This includes the features you engage with, the bloggers you follow, looks you save, and your interactions with our AI Beauty Consultant.
  • Device & Technical Details: To ensure compatibility and optimize performance, we gather technical information about your device, such as its model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • AI Consultant Input: When you use our AI Beauty Consultant, the images you submit and questions you ask are processed to provide you with tailored advice. This input is fundamental to the functionality of the feature.

Access to your device’s Camera and Photo Library is required to upload content. We will only access these features after you grant explicit permission.

2. How We Utilize Your Information

The information we collect is used to operate, maintain, and enhance the Vespera platform. Our primary goal is to create a seamless and inspiring environment for our users.

  • Service Operation: Your data enables us to run the app, display your content, facilitate interactions between you and beauty bloggers, and manage your account.
  • Personalization: Usage data helps us customize your experience by recommending makeup looks, bloggers, or content that may align with your interests.
  • AI Beauty Consultant: The data you provide to the AI consultant is used exclusively to generate responses and improve the model's accuracy and relevance for beauty-related inquiries.
  • Communication: We may use your email address to send important service-related announcements, security alerts, or updates to our policies. We may also send marketing communications, from which you can opt out at any time via instructions in the email.
